Domestic Sales Coordinator

Position

This entry level position will report to the Director of Domestic Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for:

  1. Direct support of Sales Consultants to grow revenue
  2. Achieving daily/monthly metrics (calls/emails/etc.)
  3. Overall support of business growth within domestic markets

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for domestic quotations and orders.  Follow up as necessary to ensure that quotes are current and orders ship as expected
  • Provide daily support to the Domestic Sales Team
  • Liaison for the domestic sales team with respect to all warehouse & logistics needs
  • Interfacing with and supporting customers in all facets of their Spectrum business dealings
  • Subject matter expert with respect to shipping matters and NetSuite (order entry, e-mail campaigns, etc.)
  • Provide assistance to accounts receivable on past due accounts

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably NetSuite
  • Effective, strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of accountability, team player
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders internally and with customers
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple, high priority projects
