American Sales Manager.  He grew up north of Madison, SD where he has helped on the family farm his entire life.  He thoroughly enjoys partnering with and leading teams to grow the business while helping farmers feed the world!

Rick certainly has the experience, skillset and personal focus to make a difference. He joins our team from Meister Media, where he was Commercial Sales Manager for CropLife and PrecisionAg Professional media brands. His experience included responsibility for the InfoAg Conference in St. Louis every year.

Declan graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign – Urbana in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Information Systems Technology.  Since then, he has been working on a contract basis for Diageo as a Project Associate focused on distributor quality assurance and various other projects. 
 
Declan’s customer service skills and data analysis/IT experience will make him a great addition to the team!  He will be stationed across the aisle from Terri; so please say “Hi”!  Declan will be the primary coordinator for National Accounts–Ag, Agriculture, General, FNV and R&E.

Growers are faced with perpetual resource constraints such as water scarcity, plant protection solutions and the lack of additional land to increase production. Having 30 years’ experience in irrigation and integrated crop agronomics, it is apparent growers require more measurement tools and methods to ‘Measure to Know’ plant and soil requirements to optimize crop production.
