We ask that you return the item in restockable condition with all original packaging, parts, instruction manuals, etc. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a restocking fee.
Within 30 days of receiving your product, you may return, in its original carton, any regular stocked item for full refund or exchange (excluding shipping & handling). A 20% restocking fee (50% for international orders) will be applied to products not meeting these requirements. Special Order Items cannot be returned. Most product are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period Spectrum will, at its option, either repair or replace products that prove to be defective. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation or use, lightning, negligence, accident, or unauthorized modifications, or to incidental or consequential damages beyond the Spectrum product. Before returning a failed unit, you must obtain a Returned Authorization Form from Spectrum. Spectrum is not responsible for any package that is returned without a valid Return Autorization number or for the loss of the package by any shipping company.
WARRANTY & OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIR POLICY
All Warranty Returns must be processed through a Spectrum Customer Satisfaction Representative. Most products have a 1-year manufacturer warranty (excluding shipping & handling). Warranty does not apply to solutions, some sensors and probes. A Return Authorization Form will be issued and customer’s product will be repaired or replaced at Spectrum’s discretion.
