The TDR 100 is the ideal tool for quick, reliable, and convenient measurement. Whether you're in a field, greenhouse, or laboratory, the TDR 100 will provide the results you want.
Based on the proven time-domain measurement technology, the portable TDR 100 accurately measures soil moisture across the full range of soil moisture conditions. Select from the 1.5in, 3in, 4.8in, or 8 in (3.8cm, 7.5cm, 12cm or 20cm) probe rods to suit your measurement depth. The LCD interface provides two modes: volumetric water content and relative water content (irrigation management) mode.
Hand-held design allows for easy transporation and storage. Units connected by 5ft. Cable. Measures in less than one second. This meter has no data logging or geo-referencing capability. For those features, please take a look at our

NEW FEATURE ADDED IN 2012 - The TDR family of meters now includes the option to perform a calibration on an individual meter. The calibration is done in 2 media; air and distilled water. This new feature took effect with firmware version 6.5 and is included with units shipped after January 1, 2012. Meters with firmware versions earlier than v. 6.5 can be upgraded by purchasing and installing an updated microcontroller chip (Item #CHIP-TDR3, see above table for purchasing).
