Domestic Sales Coordinator

This entry level position will report to the Domestic Sales Director and will be responsible for overall support of the business growth within domestic markets.

Primary responsibilities for this role include:

•        Serve as primary contact for domestic quotations and orders. Follow up as necessary to ensure that quotes are current and orders ship as expected
•        Provide daily support to the Domestic Sales Team
•        Liaison for the Domestic Sales Team with respect to all warehouse & logistics needs
•        Interfacing with and supporting customers in all facets of their Spectrum business dealings
•        Subject matter expert with respect to shipping matters and NetSuite (order entry, e-mail campaigns, etc.)
•        Processing monthly Accounts Receivable statements and following up, as necessary, on past due accounts
•        Monitoring all support cases and assisting the Technical Services team with prioritization of cases

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and possess the following qualifications/qualities/competencies:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably NetSuite
• Effective, strong communications skills, both verbal and written
• High level of accountability, team player
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders internally and with customers
• Ability to successfully handle multiple, high priority projects
