Ordering Information
For your convenience, you can order three ways:
1. Order Using Our Shopping Cart System
The easiest, most convenient way to order is using our state-of-the-art Shopping Cart system. When you see something you want, all you have to do is enter a quantity and press the "Add" button, and the item is added to your shopping cart. When you press the "Add" button, only the current item is processed. You will then see a listing of what is currently in your shopping cart, and have options to continue shopping, check out, modify cart (change the quantity of one or more items) or empty the cart (clear all items). On each page of our website, you'll see a "View Cart/Checkout" button that you can use to review your selections at any time or to finalize your order. To order from Spectrum Technologies, Inc., you must have a customer account. When you check out, you will be asked for your email address; if your email address isn't on file, you will need to create a customer account. If your email address is on file, you will be prompted for your password, which was established when you created your account. Once you've logged into your customer account, you will be taken to a page where you will enter information about shipping and payment method. After you press the "Proceed" button, you will see your order displayed with the information you just entered. If everything is correct, simply press "Process Order". To change information, Use the Back Button on your browser. After you confirm your order, you will get an Order Number and confirmation that it was placed successfully. Make a note of the Order Number in case you need to contact us regarding your order. Within minutes you will get an email confirmation that will contain your order information. (Note: We do not include credit card numbers in the email.)> Remember: 1) Any time you see something you want, just enter a quantity and press "Add", and the item is added to your order. 2) At any time, you can review your order by pressing the "View Cart/Checkout" button. 3) During the ordering process, you can always go back to the previous page by using the "Back" button on your browser. Shopping Cart Payment Options: You can pay by credit card, C.O.D. or by faxing or mailing your payment (see method 2 below). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. 2. Order Via Fax or Mail Using our Off-Line "Invoice"
You can place your order using the Shopping Cart and check the "Mail or fax your payment to us" option. Print out the "invoice" and your payment information. The fax number and mailing address are included on the invoice. 3. Order Via Telephone Using our Toll-Free 800 Number
U.S. and Canadian customers can use our toll-free number (800-248-8873) to place an order. International customers should call +001 (815) 436-4440.

Shipping Information
Shipping is automatically calculated for you by our Shopping Cart System. The Shopping Cart program will walk you through each step. Illinois sales tax (6.50%). Washington sales tax (6.50%). To calculate the total cost for one or more items, add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart. Each time you add an item, you are taken to the Shopping Cart Review Page. Select "Checkout/Order Items". (This does not commit you to buying these items. You have the option to return to the Shopping Cart page to modify or delete your order.) After indicating your shipping preferences, you can calculate shipping and state sales tax (IL and WA shipments only). There are instructions on each page. Just remember to add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart and begin the Checkout process. Your order is not submitted until you give your final approval and choose to complete the process. Shipping/Handling charges for UPS Ground shipments are within Continental USA only and are as follows*:

All shipping charges are calculated pre-tax (IL and WA shipments are taxed). *Air shipment charges will be calculated once an order is received.
International Orders Enter your order through our Shopping Cart.
Orders using a credit card can be processed immediately upon product availability.
Shipping/Handling charges will be determined at time of order shipment. A
Document fee (US$25-50) applies to all orders shipping overseas (except Canada)
to compensate for bank fees, export documentation, etc.
Please advise Spectrum Technologies if a quotation or ProForma Invoice is required prior to ordering. A ProForma Invoice will outline all item pricing, shipping/handling, and prepayment options. All orders will ship once pre-payment has been received. Import duty/tax is paid by the customer. Check with your country's customs about the duties and import taxes that you will have to pay.
