DOMESTIC SALES COORDINATOR
Position
This entry level position will report to the Director of Domestic Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for:

Direct support of Sales Consultants to grow revenue
-
Achieving daily/monthly metrics (calls/emails/etc.)
-
Overall support of business growth within domestic markets

Duties & Responsibilities
-
Serve as primary contact for domestic quotations and orders. Follow up as necessary to ensure that quotes are current and orders ship as expected

Provide daily support to the Domestic Sales Team
-
Liaison for the domestic sales team with respect to all warehouse & logistics needs
-
Interfacing with and supporting customers in all facets of their Spectrum business dealings
-
Subject matter expert with respect to shipping matters and NetSuite (order entry, e-mail campaigns, etc.)

Provide assistance to accounts receivable on past due accounts
-
Additional tasks as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree
-
Experience with CRM systems, preferably NetSuite
-
Effective, strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-
High level of accountability, team player
-
Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders internally and with customers
-
Ability to successfully handle multiple, high priority projects
