David Lau

Emiliano Maciel
International Sales Coordinator

Milo provides daily support to the International Sales Team. As liaison for the customer with respect to warehouse and logistical needs.  He ensures correct order entry, and monitors, supports and assists with customs issues en route.

He uses strong verbal and written skills, handling multiple high priority projects successfully.

Fluent in Portuguese.

Beth Randall
Director of Operations

Beth has been with Spectrum since 2011. She started her career at Spectrum in Product Development, then moved into Customer Satisfaction. 

In her most recent promotion to the Director Of Operations she is responsible for managing of the day-to-day operations of the company which includes manufacturing,warehousing,shipping,receiving, and the return / repair process. 

The technical support staff and the Manager Of Supply also report to Beth.

Doug Kieffer
Product Training Specialist

Doug has been with Spectrum since 2000 and has worked closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams. He is currently with the Customer Satisfaction team where he assists with customer technical questions and performs service on products sent in for repair. He also provides internal training for new employees and product releases.
