Spend less time retrieving data from your weather stations. Connect your PC to one or more remote weather stations up to 1,000 feet away. Set it up indoors, or head for the fields in your vehicle with your laptop, base station, and optional power adapter for “drive-by wireless”. The base station includes a 6 ft serial cable, and connectors for a standard cat-5 cable to extend up to 50 ft from the PC. The remote radio mounts within the station’s enclosure for greater protection and ease of field implementation. Remote radios include whip antenna, solar panel, and rechargable batteries.
